I’ve written about free, online professional development before. However, I was unable to include the great resources from the Ohio Library Council, due to their being revised and updated. Well, they’re done and back with a fresh-off-the-press set of tutorials and certificate quizzes related to the elements of the reference process.

These tutorials are very useful for providing staff, volunteers, and student-employees with the rudiments of reference training and skills to enhance their customer service competencies.
